Update to my original review. The folks at Safire are sending me a different grate lifter the will better suit my needs. The have been very responsive to my issue and have worked hard to make sure I am satisfied. That’s all you can ask for of a company.
This was an upgrade for my existing Saffire grill. Its a great upgrade. It adds more space for charcoal as well as a very nice ash basket. This along with the multi-tier grater system had made my already great grill even better. It is very well built and was delivered quick. As usual purchasing from Saffire has been quick and easy.
Have yet to use it but it will certainly help on those days when we have several guests.
The product is so high quality and the team at Saffire could not be more helpful or easy to work with. Best Grills on market for sure!
