Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery and in its original packaging for a full product refund.
Products purchased at a discount may be refunded through the use of in-store credit. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Any returns received with the original packaging missing or destroyed may have a deduction from the amount of refund, or incur appropriate replacement fee. Place your name and order number on the packing slip and/or Bill of Lading for efficient identification.

Returns of Non-Defective Merchandise
Returns of non-Saffire branded accessories may also be assessed a restocking charge, not to exceed 20% of the item cost. Special order items will also be assessed an appropriate restocking charge, to be determined by Saffire Grill Co.
Returns of Defective Merchandise
On exchange of products due to manufacturer defect, Saffire Grill Co. will pay all additional shipping costs incurred. We require that the product not be missing components or manufacturer's documentation, and be in original packaging
