- Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time for items in stock will ship no later than 4 business days.
- Our Sales and Customer Service Departments are open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) Monday - Friday
How to Order
Saffire’s goal is to make ordering plain and simple. Saffire grills and accessories can be ordered in the following ways:
- Search our Dealer network for a local dealer to place an order. Click here to search for a dealer near you.
- Place an order using our website. State the dealer you wish to receive your order from in the notes section. If there is no local dealer with inventory, you will receive your order directly from Saffire.
Please do not mail cash.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made using, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Only payments in USD are accepted.
Saffire may reward you with Saffire Credit for doing certain activities, such as purchasing certain products, visiting the website, or referring a friend. We may grant Saffire Credit to you in place of a discount coupon for a purchase you will make. You also may be given the chance to purchase Saffire Credit. Saffire Credit can't be used in the same purchase in which it was earned or purchased. While you have a positive Saffire Credit balance, you may choose to use it in your purchases by checking the Pay by Wallet checkbox or radio button on the checkout page. As a condition to receive or use any Saffire Credit, you must have a website account with us and agree to these Terms and Conditions. No Saffire Credit will be available for use without agreement to the Saffire Terms and Conditions. Saffire Credit is provided solely at our own discretion.
Saffire Credit is a service offered by Saffire Grills. As such, Saffire Credit has no real cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All Saffire Credit expires one year after it was originally earned or purchased, after which time we may remove it from the account it resides in at our discretion. Saffire Credit is not owned by those who receive it. Saffire Credit can't be transferred to any other person or account, except as a gift, and then only as we provide the means to do so. Specifically, Saffire Credit cannot be transferred as part of any payment or inheritance. Saffire Credit has a value of 1 credit per $1 at the Saffire store.
Saffire specifically reserves the right to award Saffire Credit when, where, and to the amount Saffire sees fit. We may discontinue the Saffire Credit service at any time in the future, although we will continue to honor any unexpired Saffire Credits for a period of one year after we discontinue the service. In the event that you in any way lose, forfeit, or lose access to any Saffire Credit, Saffire will in no way be obligated to provide any recompense or other replacement credit or discount to you, although we may in our sole discretion.
At this time, using Saffire Credit may charge you the regular sales tax amount as if you paid the full price of an item. If you were granted Saffire Credit as part of a discount, you accept this as an extra fee for using Saffire Credit.
Saffire and its dealer network remain responsible for paying sales tax on customer purchases.
Occasionally, items you ordered might be in short supply. In this case, we will notify you if an order cannot ship in a timely manner and is placed on backorder. In addition, we may not charge your card immediately for some backorders.
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered Fedex, please call 1 (800) 463-3339 and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please call Saffire Grill Co. at 877-314-7455 for further assistance. Please do not sign for delivery. If you sign for the delivery without making note of any damages, the shipping paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Saffire Grill Co. cannot be held liable for any damage or missing pieces. Even leaving a note and/or instructions for the diver is taken to mean that you are signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Saffire Grill Co. cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged Saffire product or accessory please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package, and contact Saffire immediately.
All Saffire Grills and Accessories are covered by the Saffire Warranty. (Click here for the Warranty form.) Non-Saffire accessories are not covered by the Saffire Warranty. Please refer to the packaging for any warranty information.
Saffire Grill Co. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the www.saffiregrills.com, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Saffire Grill Co. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Saffire Grill Co. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute any user-generated content on the www.saffiregrills.com, Saffire Grill Co. is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Saffire Grill Co. reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Saffire Grill Co. at its sole discretion.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, saffiregrills.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with saffiregrills.com, Saffire Grill Co. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Saffire Grill Co. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Saffire Grill Co. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
If you choose to provide us with any feedback or testimonial through our site, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, non-transferable, non-revocable, sublicensable license to edit*, use, and display such content, including any attached photos, for the purposes of our website. However, if when you submit any feedback or testimonial through our site you tick the "I allow Saffire to use this feedback/testimonial in their social media posts" checkbox, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, non-transferable, non-revocable, sublicensable license to edit*, use, and display such content, including any attached photos, for the purposes of our website and any promotional social media content we create.
Saffire reserves the right to reject any feedback/testimonial we receive for any reason. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline to show or remove any photo included in a feedback/testimonial at our own discretion. Saffire has absolutely no obligation to publish or publicly display any feedback/testimonial you submit at any time.
* Saffire Grills reserves the right to edit any feedback for grammar and spelling (including proper capitalization), to clarify obscure references and phrases, to shorten or abbreviate reviews as we find necessary, and to alter or omit personal names mentioned for privacy purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Saffire Grill Company is not liable for any damages, special or consequential, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Saffire Grill Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saffire Grill Co., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Term - Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to those accessing the site, www.saffiregrills.com -and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Saffire Grill Co. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
