This stainless steel cooking plate can be used to cook with or even to serve cooked foods. It’s handy around the grill for holding finished foods. Use it inside the grill as a cooking sheet to cook bacon, cookies, fried fish or anything, really. It can also be used to hold water or catch grease drippings. When used as a drip pan, you can wrap it in foil to make it easier to clean for next time.
Not for use in the Small Saffire or Medium Saffire.
