Saffire has a long history of innovation. We started this company back in 2008 because we saw a huge area of improvement that no one else wanted to bring to the table. Our very first Saffires featured:

Stepping into the world of kamado cooking I purchased a, 'seasoned', Saffire grill that required some additional love to bring back to glory. The staff at Saffire was amazing, supportive, and encouraging as I purchased the items that needed to be replaced while providing the necessary information for adjustments, etc.
It truly is a family.
Although I have enjoyed my Sapphire Grill for almost a decade ,the new Crucible firebox takes the experience to another level. The Crucible comes to temperature rapidly, and provides the ability to hold temperatures more accurately. It is efficient with regard to charcoal usage. It uses far less than my previous fire box. I think it has been thoughtfully designed. Seems they have another good addition to an already strong lineup.
