Business Hours

  • Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time for items in stock will ship no later than 4 business days.
  • Our Sales and Customer Service Departments are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday

How to Order

Saffire’s goal is to make ordering plain and simple. Saffire grills and accessories can be ordered in the following ways:

  1. Search our Dealer network for a local dealer to place an order. Click here to search for a dealer near you.
  2. Call our toll free number at 877-314-7455
  3. Email us at orders@saffirebbq.com
  4. Place an order using our website. Choose delivery from a Saffire Dealer. If there is no local dealer, choose delivery directly from Saffire.

Please do not mail cash.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made using, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Order or Personal Check. All Saffire credits expire 24 months from date of issue.

Saffire Guarantee

Saffire guarantees prices, service & satisfaction. Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase, and Saffire will refund the full purchase price.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Saffire product you may return it any time within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the product’s purchase price. Refunds do not include shipping costs. If returning or exchanging a product that is defective, Saffire will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product. We only require that all the products and accessories included with your purchase be returned. Special order or non-Saffire accessors are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed 25% restocking fee. Please include your original packing slip with your return. Please note that Saffire does not pay the shipping charges for the return of non-defective goods.

Sales Tax

Saffire and its dealer network remain responsible for paying sales tax on customer purchases.

Back Orders

Occasionally, items you ordered might be in short supply. In this case, we will notify you if an order cannot ship in a timely manner and is placed on backorder. Note, with the exception for some special or drop ship orders, Saffure will not charge your credit card until your order ships.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered Fedex, please call 1 (800) 463-3339 and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please call Saffire Grill Co. at 877-314-7455 for further assistance. Please do not sign for delivery. If you sign for the delivery without making note of any damages, the shipping paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Saffire Grill Co. cannot be held liable for any damage or missing pieces. Even leaving a note and/or instructions for the diver is taken to mean that you are signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Saffire Grill Co. cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged Saffire product or accessory please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package, and contact Saffire immediately.

Warranties

All Saffire Grills and Accessories are covered by the Saffire Warranty (Click here for the Warranty form). Non-Saffire accessories are not covered by the Saffire Warranty. Please refer to the packaging for any warranty information.

 

Limitation of Liability

Saffire Grill Company is not liable for any damages, special or consequential, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Saffire Grill Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Term – Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable those accessing the site, www.saffiregrills.com -and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Saffire Grill Co. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice

Saffire Grill Co. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the www.saffiregrills.com, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Saffire Grill Co. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Participation Disclaimer

Saffire Grill Co. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute any user-generated content on the www.saffiregrills.com, Saffire Grill Co. is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Saffire Grill Co. reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Saffire Grill Co. at its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saffire Grill Co., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, www.saffiregrills.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with www.saffiregrills.com, Saffire Grill Co. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Saffire Grill Co. Nonetheless, Saffire Grill Co. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
